I think you're out of luck.

Neither we (just users like you) nor Apple can help you, sorry, unless you are the original owner and you still have the proof of purchase (receipt/invoice).

Shouldn’t be this case, activation lock can be removed only by the previous owner, with the credentials that were used to activate that iPhone/iPad. Without those credentials, that device is useless to you.

Return it, if you can.

Hello, Nazir1116. So glad you decided to reach out about your iPhone 7. If it has an activation lock, you cannot activate it unless you can contact the original owner of the iPhone. However, once apple stores reopen, you might be able to trade it in for a different iPhone.   Flyguy1982
