My iPhone X is disabled and need to be connect to iTunes to restore it.

but I do not want do that because I lose all my data.

i know my passcode, Apple ID everything,

what is the solution? If I know the passcode and ID everything

It doesn't matter whether you remember the passcode or not. Once the phone is disabled, the only option is to restore the phone.

Any data that was not synced to the cloud or backed up is gone.
