app on my phone

i have the app snap chat on my phone and recently updated my phone i’m not sure if it’s possible but could i update it again bc of it snapchat dosent work and it says i need to update it for it to work how can u help me w this?

You need to see if there is an update for the app not the device. Open App Store app tap your icon at the top and look for any updates. you may have to refresh the screen by pulling down from the middle of the screen and letting go

If there is no update available for snapchat then try the following:


Force quit the app, then open it again - How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Restart your phone.

Check for updates - Go to Settings > General > Software Update.

Remove & reinstall the app.

Contact the App developer - How to contact an app developer.


Based on your screenshot, you're on the etisalat network so you may also want to check if snapchat is being blocked/banned in your location.
