AirPlay pin code
How to remove the AirPlay pin code so I can AirPlay music from my iPhone/iPad/MacBook Pro to my Sonos system.

The pairing code should be once per device (unless you reset devices).
Any password setting would be made on the AirPlay receiving device.
Devices (iPhone/iPad/MacBook Pro) that are part of a (corporate/edu) Device Management, may have a profile that enforces a pairing password for AirPlay outgoing requests. With the correct privileges, that setting can be turned off.
See if HomeKit blocked the Airplay function. Verify if you have added the Sonos to you Home in a specified room in the Home app on a non-MDM-restricted iDevice. Reset the speaker first, if needed.
