My amber alert and emergency alert is not working on my iPhone 11 pro max, I have the alerts toggled on in the notifications, I have also tried to reset my iphone and still does not work. I am in California. Please advise

Have these worked before on this iPhone, and with the same carrier? It's important to note that government alerts require a device that is using a SIM card from a supported carrier. It may be necessary to reach out to your carrier directly.
