Perhaps this is a Faulty Device?
What exactly is going on? I assume they just simply went dead and/or keep malfunctioning. If that is the case, then contact Apple, seeing if replacement is an option for you. Send-in Service would liken by used Here.
Ask Apple:
You have a One-Year, Out-Of-The-Box, Limited-Warranty with these. So, if no protection was purchased, or if protection was purchased to go past the one-year coverage, then maybe - just maybe - this can get replaced. In all, this is Apple’s call.
