I tried to print a document from email on iPad Pro, and the AirPrint to my printer does not show up. I even tried from my iPhone and nothing happens. Since I had my last Apple update, I am not able to print any documents. Dora Harvey

Hello, Dmharvey.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

From reading your post, it's understood that you're no longer able to print from your iOS devices. We'd be glad to help. To start, confirm that your printer is indeed compatible with AirPrint:

Use AirPrint to print from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

About AirPrint

If it isn't, you may need to reach out to the manufacturer to see if there is any needed software or apps to print from iOS devices.

If it is compatible, restart all devices involved including your router and printer. Also, make sure that the printer and devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi. This includes the bandwidth, 2.4GHz or 5GHz.

After these steps, create a new Note and see if you can print.

Keep us updated.

Cheers!
