Nike Run App Not Syncing

The Nike Run App on my watch used to sync with my iPhone. Ever since the last update, 9/1/2020, the app from my watch does not sync with my iPhone and in fact, I have lost the runs from my watch. I've unpaired and paired again to no avail. Anyone else experiencing this and/or have a fix???

it sounds like you're having an issue with the Nike Run app and your Apple Watch and iPhone. We can understand wanting to get that resolved. We want to help.


First, we'd recommend checking for and installing any updates that may be available for your iPhone and Apple Watch:


Update your Apple Watch


Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


We'd also recommend checking for and installing any updates that may be available for the Nike Run app.
