The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

Apple id enabling

My apple id is disabled in app store I cant download or update anything

Help me out to enable it

If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
