Is it possible to link a motherboard to an iPhone?

My iPhoneX went blank and would not charge or appear on my Mac so I took it for repairs at a non official repair shop. They failed to fix it and told me the motherboard is damaged. However, they put it in a new body as my phone screen was broken as well as the glass back. Is there any number on the motherboard that I can link to my iPhone serial or iMEI number to confirm if it is indeed mine?
