my refunded money did not get back ??

I bought Nebopro note app on Aug 26th , then request refund after one day

the status of the app show Refunded Aug 27

the problem is my money is not back 4.99$ and I am no longer able to use the pro features

I use apple account payment!!

I would appreciated if you help me !!!
