Workouts

Is there a way of deleting a workout from either my Apple Watch or the iPhone to which it is connected? I added one by accident.

Apple Watch Series 3, watchOS 6

On the phone;

Open Apple Health:


click on browse

click on workouts

click on show all data

find the workout that is incorrect (write down or remember the date and time,(it is shown on this page)

swipe left and a delete option will show

click delete


Then in the activity app

Tap on workout,then tap on the workout with the date you got from above and swipe left on that workout and tap on delete.
