How do you convert .mov files into the mp4 format in iMovie?

Hi, Owlpecker,
iMovie exports Mp4/AAC at all settings other than Best Quality (pro res). Best Quality (pro res) results in a .mov file that is about 4x larger than the Mp4 file. So, to convert .mov files into the Mp4 format simply export them at any setting other than Best Quality (pro res).
