Go to Settings > Storage, find that update file and delete it. Then go to Settings > General > Software Update and install the 13.7 update.

If you are restoring it and it is stuck on the Apple logo then you most likely have a hardware failure and you will need to get it serviced.
So you already deleted that file. But you have not update to iOS 13.7.

It shows in my updates. It updated automatically.
Can't understand it's software or a hardware problem. The local service providers said that its a hardware problem.
Already done. Bt problem is still there.
It also not showing the imei on the dailer. I flash the phone and now it stucked on apple logo.
What do you mean you "flash the phone"?
