I am confused at what I see here on my home router when I click on my iPhone 6s
I am seeing is multiple wireless accounts and multiple MAC addresses.
someone said it is from the Bluetooth so I turned off the Bluetooth and still get the same result.
any help would be great
also out of all my 5 Apple devices this is the only one that does this

Go to Settings/General/About and look at the Wi-Fi address (which is the Mac address). Does it match any of those?
I just noticed the same thing. Two iphones on my wifi network have recently appeared with 3 different MAC and IP addresses each. I told one of my kids to immediately hand over their secret device, or else, but their response made me re-think the problem.
I read on another post somewhere that routers rescan devices and that iphones may respond with a phony MAC address to stop being scanned. That made we think that my new wifi Extender might be causing this. Perhaps it is 'scanning' the iphones and they respond with a new MAC address? Anyway, that is the path I am looking into now.
If you have recently installed a wifi extender as well, that might explain it?

Thank you for your help, I have tried re-setting the router and still only this phone continues to show 3 different MAC addresses and 3 Different IP addresses, at times it only has 2 out of the three actively and showing a designated ip address. I have seen it when it is displaying only one as well. Most of the time though I am getting the three mac addresses and on another note the assigned IP addresses are constantly changing.
you have three IP addresses so they are all WiFi connections. Maybe it is remembering previous reserved fixed addresses.
Hard reset the router (check your manual but usually with a paperclip in a hole)
