re: NOTES how to move items to bottom of list after they are checked off

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! We see you have a question about how list item is arranged after it's checked off, and we'd like to help.

Normally when we check off an item in the list, it goes to the top of the checked items.

If you want to move that item, you can highlight it, then select Format > Move List Item > Up or Down.
