About Apple ID

why is my Apple ID disabled I can’t downloaded anything or use my iCloud because it still saying my Apple ID is disabled contact support I did a couple months ago did what they said and since then I haven’t used my iCloud can someone please help me out I need my Apple ID again to sign in
