Help with backup

I need help backing up my phone. The error is saying backup could not be completed because iCloud contains a backup from a newer iOS version

Try deleting the backup, and then trying to make a new one.

Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage > Backups > Delete Backup

Then, go back to the iCloud page > Backup > Back up Now

See -- If you can't back up to iCloud or restore from iCloud backup failed - Apple Support.
