I accidentally clicked on a phishing link sent to iphone

It was a USPS tracking text. I should have known, I mindlessly clicked on it without thinking. Does anybody know if I'm compromised now? what do I do now? Is there a way to detect virus on cell phone?

iphone spyware? I got a phishing text message from a fake walmart site telling me that I won an ipad. I didn't give any info, but I'm wondering if simply clicking around on the site have compromised my phone. I took me a minute before I realized what was happening. What shout I do? I just recently updated my software before this happened.

Clicking on a bogus link will not harm your phone.
