I have an iPad 6 gen that I bought at I think 2018. It is stuck at the Apple logo (the one you see at startup). I can force restart the device, when I do that the Apple logo disappears then appears again. I was able to reach the diagnostics app where it last said that it was 93% battery. It has iPadOS 13 and I did not jailbreak it. Any help is appreciated.
