Catalina Hangs Constantly

Hello,

Ever since Catalina has come out, my Macs have been having the spinning beach ball of death randomly no matter if it's opening a program or even just browsing my folders. This issue was on my 2014 Mac Mini and has carried over to my 2018 Mac Mini. I've tried reinstalling the OS, tried disabling App Nap, ran First Aid, and uninstalled just about every app I possibly could. The issue is still prevalent. I'm not sure what else I could possibly do. If it was one computer, I'd think of a hardware issue, but both systems have this issue.
