i am purchasing imac pro

Two Thunderbolt 3 ports
Retina 5K 5120-by-2880 P3 display with True Tone (optional nano-texture glass available)

after purchasing later on i want to upgrade ram to 32gb is this possible

FWIW, the specs you listed are for a 27" 5k iMac, not an iMac Pro. You can add the RAM yourself.

Whoops, that's what I get for not really caring about Mac desktops anymore (my last one was a PowerMac 6500, the one before that was a Macintosh SE with the 'huge' 20 MB HDD). I'll ask the mods to relocate this thread. 🙂

I am taking about iMAC desktop latest model which is mentioned in the apple website system , can i upgrade the ram to 32 GB later is this possible

There is not an "iMac Pro". If you mean a MacBook Pro, then no - you cannot upgrade the RAM after purchase because the RAM is soldered to the logic board (as is the SSD, so that cannot be upgraded after purchase either). Spec the machine you need when you order it.
