My MacBook does not allow me to sign out of my apple Id. I have made a new apple id and I want to switch over to my new apple id. My computer does not give me the option to sign out, although I can see the sign out button.

Have you checked Screen Time for any restrictions?
Yes I’ve checked and there are no restrictions.
