Banning credit cards

I’ve been an Apple consumer for awhile but I’m not happy with their service. I sign up for a subscription and got a trial. I cancel my subscription on the last day of the trial still got charge. Smh I contacted Apple about the charge I was told to wait 48 hours. I went ahead and contacted my bank. My account was disable I didn’t even know and now my card is ban. I know I’m not only one with this issue. In order for my card to be unban I need to call my bank.

"If you signed up for a free or discounted trial subscription and you don't want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends."

If you asked the bank from a charge back that is probably why your account was disabled

If the bank banned your card, that had nothing to do with apple. That would be because you called them and said there was unauthorized charges on the card.

If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
