Storage Space
I’m don’t have too many photos on my iPad, yet my ‘Photos’ app is taking up 17 GB. Can anyone please tell me what to do? Thanks in advance.

I have only 3 or 4 videos and they’re not even 3 minutes though.

Keeping in mind that "Photos" app contains also your video recordings, if you still think they are occupying to much space, update your device to iPadOS 13.7, then check again your iPad's storage.

Math:--> considering each picture might be about 5MB, you should have about 3,400 pictures. If that's not true, as already suggested, update your device, then, if the issue persists, contact Apple Support.

EDIT: your screenshot shows 15 videos. And you should also empty your "recently deleted" folder.
Oh I’m so sorry. I forgot to delete some unnecessary videos and, I will also empty my recently deleted folder. Thanks for the help🙏
