I am told that mail has been sent to me but not delivered. How do i fix this please?

The organisation that runs the website. I am not receiving emails posted from their site. It is a Hertfordshire for learning.gov website. This is the image they sent me.
I understand that your Mac's Mail app is not receiving emails from that site, and the service responsible for sending them to you is reporting that they are not being sent.
That's a problem on their end. Its green "Delivered" status is obviously in error.
