i wanted to download the ios 14 beta but i decided not to , my phone now will only allow me to update to ios 14 and not the normal ios. how do i fix it

I have the iOS 24 beta version and it won’t let me update to the new iOS 14 and i have followed the step to take the beta off my phone but it doesn't work. In my general section it doesn't show me profile and device management. What do I do?

i was trying to update the ios 14 and i deleted apps and pictutres and it said download and install and i pressed it and i was downloaded and when it got done it said update can not work and i pressed retry and it said iphone will try to update tonite
