unavailable for current route

unavailable for current route.

thats what i see whenever i try to use live listen.

i restarted the phone. forget the bluetooth device turn it off as well and start connecting them together but i still have "unavailable for current route" showing whenever i scroll up from my control center and click the icon for live listen. are there any settings that should be in place that i may not have for it to work? i have 3 different bluetooth as well that i tried one of them is beats studio still none of them worked and tried it to my iphone se and 6.

iPhone 6s, iOS 13
