Please uninstall the Netflix app and then unplug the Apple TV from power for about 2 minutes. Then re-plug in the Apple TV and re-load Netflix, log into your account and re-test. If the problem persists then please contact Netflix for support on their product.

Please Identify your Apple TV model and have you updated the firmware on it. I think you have an Apple TV HD however I'd like to confirm that please. Also, please let us know the app you are using on the Apple TV to view the series.
