apple tv

I’m unable to stream all episodes on a tv series, I can see them on my phone. My carrier says it’s an Apple TV issue

Please uninstall the Netflix app and then unplug the Apple TV from power for about 2 minutes. Then re-plug in the Apple TV and re-load Netflix, log into your account and re-test. If the problem persists then please contact Netflix for support on their product.
