My Apple ID account was hacked and my questions were changed, what can I do?

someone has changed my security questions. It would seem someone has changed my security questions to my account after hacking in. The page won't allow me to change my security questions now either. What should i do?

How I can log in (Apple ID) if someone steal my account and change my security questions. And get out with these link to the 'help' 'support' etc. There is n o t h i n g! Some chinense donkey just steal my polish account and change these security question. I can change passowrd. And? And nothing becouse account still want my 'security question' And this is my second account for add this magic question. Let's go!

Tried all of that, spent over 4 hours with tech support (including "senior advisors") all of them told me there is nothing I can do unless I know the answer to the security questions......which of course I don't!
