How do I put AirPods Pro in my ear?

How do I put AirPods Pro in my ear? Am I supposed to rotate them or place them directly in? I can’t find any instructions on how to get them in your ear properly.

The stem should be facing down. Some people put them in at an angle, but it all depends on your ear.

Do I put it in and then rotate the stem down or do I just stick it straight in? I’ve tried all 3 sizes and I still can’t get Good on the fit test.

I just stuck mine in, and adjusted the angle of the stem until it was comfortable.
