Redeem a code for a book ipad iOS 12.8

I have a code to redeem for a book and cannot find where to enter the code on my ipad running 12.8.

iPad mini 2 Wi-Fi, Cellular

Hi! To redeem any gift cards or promo codes, just head here: http://apple.co/redeem

It might take you to the App Store or iTunes Store, but you can redeem the code there.
