I have spam in a text message from an unknown number but I do not have the "report junk" option

I have spam in a text message from an unknown number but I do not have the "report junk" option available. What gives? It says "siri found new contact info"....

iPhone 11, iOS 13

So if I receive the SPAM message that doesn’t pretend to be from Apple, where I should send it? “To report spam or other suspicious messages that you receive through Messages, tap Report Junk under the message. You can also block unwanted messages and calls.” I don’t have this option to “Report Junk under the message”. Not an option “to block unwanted messages”. I can only block unwanted phone calls. Or emails to junk. My Question was about “messages” that I receive daily and are SPAM. What is the solution from Apple?

Phishing text with fake report spam option? I have been getting spam texts everyday lately on my IPhone X. There is never an option to report the texts as spam. However, the other day I got a spam text and something appeared at the bottom saying report spam or something like that. Is it possible that this is a trick? I cannot remember exactly how it looked. Why would only one out of hundreds of obvious spam texts be reportable?
