I cannot remember my passcode plus I want to restore to factory settings.

You don't need your pass code, the six-digit code you use at least once a week to keep your TouchID working, to restore your factory settings. You can connect your iPad to any internet-connected computer running iTunes and accomplish this by entering your AppleID and its password at the appropriate prompts, just as you would do if you had remembered your pass code and performed the reset on the iPad itself.
