If you change your password of your apple id after lost your iPhone then you will still able to erase your lost device from your new iPhone?

I changed my password but my lost iPhone 6s still shone in my find my and the erase option is also available

I thought when i change my password then i was singed out automatically my lost iPhone then how is it possible to erased lost iPhone?

or after changing password it is still possible to erase your lost device? is it possible?

As long as your device is still listed in your iCloud Account, you can do that.
