Apple TV remote not working
Did the suggested steps. Charge for 1 hour
the disconnect Apple TV power for 10 secs. Then press menu and volume on remote. No joy

When you can control the App with your iPhone, then you can check if the Siri Remote is properly paired, and following that, what its battery charge level is. Settings﹥Remotes and Devices﹥Remote﹥. If the Siri Remote is said to be paired and connected, then it isn’t useful to try and pair it again. Then possibly something is broken with the remote itself.
