My son has changed is icloud account several times and now I can't delete the accounts he's not using from my Family Sharing plan because he's under 13. Any idea how I can make these changes?

Some people have been able to delete the accounts using the below. Make sure you sign out from the places in the 4th link before deleting the ID. If you fail to sign out of your device before deleting the ID, the device may become useless.
