Iphone Mail is showing blank spaces

Hi,

last week I noticed that my Mail app shows blank spaces. I attached two images.

The first one is showing the Mail app when I open it. The second one is showing the window when I click on the blank email.

The issue is that I'm not receiving any email through Mail app.

Meanwhile in my Macbook, the reception of the emails works fine. Is it a bug or malware?

Please could you help me?

Device: Iphone 11 - software vers 13.6.1
