Refund for nfl gamepass pro transaction

Hello,

Ive been purchasing Nfl gamepass pro subscription through itunes about 12 hours ago for 100$. Since after the purchase in itunes i did not get recipe or the asked service on nfl gamepass app i approached nfl gamepass website and made the transaction again there for another 100$ For the same username. After more than 5 hours i got the recipe for my charge on itunes. So now, i apparently paid twice for one subscription. I ask to refund me for the 100$ that been charged through itunes.
