Why is my late 2014 5k 27inch iMac ram running at half speed

I ran a Geekbench test and it revealed the ram is running at 800MHz instead of 1600MHz. I have the two original 4Gb ram modules and a new 8 Gb module. All of them are 1600MHz. The 8Gb module is in the first slot

iMac with Retina 5K display, macOS 10.15

FWIW, you're the second post I've read where Geekbench reported half the RAM speed that was installed. I suspect it's a Geekbench problem. I would contact their support.
