Apple Tv in Japanese

Hi everyone, I live in Japan but all my apple products regions are set in the US. For some reason the Apple TV on my Macbook Air is in Japanese including the movies and shows, and its charging me yen instead of dollars. The region for the macbook is set to the US and even the App Store on here is normal and using dollars. The Apple TV on my iPhone is normal as well. Its just on my Air. Any help?

Apple Tv+ On Amazon Fire stick I downloaded the Apple TV app on my amazon fire stick but whenever I try to open the Apple TV app I’m greeted with “The Apple TV app is not currently available in your region” message. I have bought an Apple TV on German Amazon from official seller. Is it locked for applications localized for Russia? Hello. I have Russian IP, country is set to Russia, language is set to Russian, time zone is set to Moscow. Is it enough to run applications localized only for Russian users? Thank you.
