I can't update by iPad Air 2 to the latest version IOS 13.7 and get an "unknown error". I have tried directly on my iPad and connected to my PC via iTunes. In order to have space for the IOS download, I offloaded most of my apps and now they can't be reinstalled on IOS 11.x.
