My iPad still locked to a iCloud account
I’ve recently damaged my iPad, I have insurance with John Lewis. A company called greenbridge technology picked the iPad up to repair it. Before they picked it up they told me to erase my iCloud account and reset the iPad. I done both well I thought I had, but received a message from them today saying my apple device is still locked to an iCloud account. But I can’t find the device on my iCloud account or find my device. Could you help to erase the account
