I clicked on a scam link is my phone okay? Once I clicked on the link it took me to a fake iphone promotion site and I quickly left the page. P

I clicked on the USPS text message scam I received a text from USPS today that said "your package is ready for delivery" and had an URL that took me to a website with Amazon logo. The prompt encouraged me to continue with the click on something to get a free iPad. at that point, I realized that I fell for a scam message, so I didn't do anything. But, I was looking online and noticed that the scammers can download malware on my phone and get my info with that. How can I make sure there's no malware on my phone and, how can I make sure I am safe?

iphone spyware? I got a phishing text message from a fake walmart site telling me that I won an ipad. I didn't give any info, but I'm wondering if simply clicking around on the site have compromised my phone. I took me a minute before I realized what was happening. What shout I do? I just recently updated my software before this happened.

Yeah, no worries. Your phone wouldn't take any harm from it as long as you dont start installing anything.

I would advice against using the links in any case. because they might be able to see that your link was activated, so they know you have an active number.
