Does anyone know if you can do ONLY the “bug fixes” w/o doing the “Covid-19” tracking thing“ in the new ios 13.7 update for iPhone?(ie... can you pick and chose which sections you do/do not want installed?)

No there is no picking and choosing. " the covid tracking isn't functional until you physically enable it.
