Did you carefully follow the directions in the attached article above?
If so, what did you do? What did you see? What succeeded? What failed? What is your iTunes version number? What is your operating system name and version number?

We don’t know if you’re using MacOS Catalina, if you are, iTunes is irrelevant.
We don’t know what happened if and when you actually did a connection.

I couldn't connect it to itunes.
It says iphone is diasabled connect it to itunes. I am using Macbook pro!
And what happens when you follow the directions in that article and connect it to your Macbook Pro? Are you running Catalina on your MBP?
I don't know what Catalina is. I have Macbook pro and I connected my phone to the Macbook pro with the charger but it's not connecting.
