How to get the IMessage records?

Do you know how to get the IMessage records shows the date, time and the number ? I still have the text messages on my phone but need to get the official record to support an insurance claim?

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 13

If you need these for insurance purposes and want it to look professional you will need 3rd part software the two I have used are Phoneview (only works on a Mac) and TouchCopy (Mac & PC). Both will do much more than just let you pull messages and print them.

Apple won't print it for you, you can take screen shots and print them or use the software I suggested above.

Yes, I can see everything on my iphone but needed the printed version from Apple.

I don’t know what “the number” means.

You may view the time of each message bubble by swiping it from right to left and holding it there.

I've used TouchCopy many times for getting information from phones and for getting messages to be submitted to courts.
