IPhone stuck on restart loop

My IPhone X has ben unable to start up for weeks now and i have tried every solution i could find online and those i got from apple but still no good. Found a repair man who says the back camera and face ID have to be removed and replaced since they are the cause of the issue, never heard of such though. Does anyone know if such thing is possible or has any one ever heard of such ? Please help
