Account disabled in App store

My Apple ID and password work fine. When I try to update apps in App Store I get this: Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes. I have logged out and logged back in. No fix. Any thoughts?

If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
