I got phone support. They added some code and fixed it. It was a problem that only a professional, a good professional, can solve. The initial phone support guy had to hand it off to his supervisor who solved it. Great work on their part. Hopefully this kind of intrusion into a computer will be stopped at some point. Meanwhile these guys on phone support will have your back!
